Dr. Donna Rimbey, Director of Back In Action Chiropractic Rehabilitation, will present this clinic prior to our weekly Club swim.
ART is a patented soft tissue technique used to release adhesions and restrictions in all tissue types including muscle, tendon, fascia, and ligaments which can also relieve nerves that are entrapped within these tissues. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles. As endurance athletes, we are all familiar with this.
If you’ve ever competed in or attended an Ironman Triathlon, you have undoubtedly seen ART providers working on athletes pre- and post-race. Several of our Club members have sought out ART treatment and have found both relief AND performance benefits.
